The Rotary Club of Pineville welcomed three guest speakers over two consecutive weeks to discuss financial planning, nonprofit leadership and organizational management.

During the first meeting, financial strategists and educators David and Kesha Hamilton presented information on personal financial management and planning for the future.

Their presentation covered homeownership and equity, investing and wealth building, retirement planning and financial protection. The discussion focused on helping individuals make informed financial decisions and better prepare for their financial futures.

At the following week’s meeting, the club welcomed Belinda Fly, founder and CEO of HR, Board & More, Inc.

Fly discussed the importance of human resources services, effective nonprofit board leadership and strong operational management.

Her presentation highlighted how these areas contribute to establishing organizational foundations, strengthening leadership and supporting long-term success.
