The Pineville Police Department arrested a suspect early Thursday morning, October 29, 2026, following an investigation into a battery reported in the Wardville area.

According to the department, investigators established probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Jarred Thomas Rachal and a search warrant for the property.

During the early morning hours of October 29, personnel from the Pineville Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau, Drone Operators and SWAT Team executed the search warrant.

Rachal was taken into custody without incident, and evidence was recovered during the search.

The Pineville Police Department stated that the investigation remains ongoing and that no additional information will be released at this time.

Rachal is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
