A new all-day dining destination is coming to Alexandria. The dual-branded Applebee’s® | IHOP® restaurant at 1500 MacArthur Drive will open its doors next month, offering guests the ultimate mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinner favorites.
The new, nearly 5,000-square-foot space will be home to two of the world’s favorite restaurant brands, offering guests all the classics from IHOP’s world-famous pancakes and breakfast offerings to Applebee’s fan-favorite boneless wings, burgers, and appetizers, all under one roof.
When guests walk through the doors of this dual-branded restaurant, they will find two distinct dining areas to choose from—the warm, familiar atmosphere of Applebee’s or the bright, cheerful ambiance of IHOP. The restaurant’s design will pay homage to both brands’ iconic images while shared common areas create an integrated experience.
“We’re excited to open our doors soon and welcome in guests for a new dining experience where they can enjoy the Applebee’s dishes they love while exploring new favorites from IHOP,” said Michael Pettus, Managing Principal of Big River Restaurants. “Bringing both brands together under one roof gives guests the flexibility to satisfy any craving, any time of day, from breakfast through late night.”
The unique menu features fan favorites from both brands that guests can mix and match anytime, day or night. Plus, the dual-branded restaurant offers exclusive menu items like the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Omelette and Ultimate Breakfast Burger, along with specialty cocktails such as a Bloody Mary or a Good Morning Mimosa.*
