The Rotary Club of Pineville heard an update from LSUA Chancellor Dr. Liz Beard about developments at Louisiana State University of Alexandria.

The university has surpassed 8,600 students in enrollment and was recently named the No. 3 safest university in America and No. 1 safest in Louisiana.

The Rotary Club thanked Beard for joining the club and sharing information about developments at LSUA.

The club also expressed appreciation for Beard and her leadership team for their dedication, vision and commitment to the continued growth and success of LSUA.
