The City of Alexandria recently celebrated a ribbon cutting at Cheatham Park, marking another step forward in improving parks across Alexandria.

The new playground improvements provide neighborhood families with a refreshed place to play, spend time together and enjoy the outdoors.

Cheatham Park is one of several parks being updated through REIGNITE, with continued improvements helping create better spaces for the people who use them every day.
