The Pineville Downtown Development District has highlighted the renovation of 414 Main Street as one of the latest recipients of its Facade Grant Program.

The project transformed the property into a new gas station and convenience store. Improvements included raising one side of the building, adding brick to the exterior and creating a new appearance at the entrance to downtown Pineville.

According to the Pineville Downtown Development District, its Facade Grant Program has helped local businesses invest in their properties since 2020 by reimbursing 50% of eligible exterior improvements, up to $20,000 in project costs. Eligible improvements include paint, landscaping, awnings, brickwork and other exterior enhancements.

The district encourages visitors to stop by 414 Main Street to see the completed renovation.
