In an attempt to close cases where arrest warrants have been obtained pursuant to an investigation, each Wednesday, Pineville PD will be posting subjects who are actively wanted on felony charges. Pineville PD will refer to this weekly update as “Wanted Wednesday.” People who wish to turn themselves in on any outstanding warrants, reach out to the Pineville Police Department.
Joy Paul Hicks currently has an active warrant out for her arrest for multiple charges, including exploitation of the infirmed, identity theft, and criminal conspiracy. Anyone who can provide any information pertaining to Ms. Hicks’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Pineville PD.
