The last time the parish hosted Robert Drakes III, 20, it was because he was allegedly waving firearms, including a machine gun, on a parking lot off Enterprise Road.
He and a 15-year-old were accused of videotaping their tough-guy act, recording it for reasons never disclosed.
This time around, four months later, Drakes is accused of a Monday night armed robbery.
His bail is set at $150,000.
Drakes in the alleged October incident was charged with contributing, possessing stolen firearms, illegally handling machine gun, terrorizing and being a fugitive.
That bail was set at $9,000, which he posted four days later.
The juvenile was charged on the gun counts and with resisting and entered the juvenile justice system.
