Early voting for Louisiana’s upcoming election officially begins next week, offering registered voters across Rapides Parish an opportunity to cast their ballots ahead of Election Day.

Election administrators have announced that in-person early voting in Rapides Parish will be available across multiple locations to accommodate local turnout:

• Rapides Parish Courthouse: The main Registrar of Voters office has relocated back inside the parish courthouse in Alexandria.

• Kees Park Community Center: Voters in the Pineville area may also utilize the designated branch site at Kees Park.

Unlike early voting—where eligible voters may cast ballots at any designated parish early voting facility—Election Day voting requires voters to cast their ballot strictly at their assigned neighborhood precinct.

Voters can review sample ballots, confirm registration details, check daily operating schedules, and verify assigned Election Day precincts by visiting the Louisiana Voter Portal or through the Rapides Parish Registrar of Voters Department Page. Comprehensive statewide listings are also maintained on the Louisiana Secretary of State Early Voting Directory.
