The Rapides Parish School Board welcomed Landon G. from Northwood High School as its student guest at Tuesday’s school board meeting.

Landon has earned numerous credentials, scored a Platinum on the WorkKeys test, and is involved in several organizations at Northwood High School.

The board also celebrated the Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) program at Alexandria Middle Magnet School. JAG helps students build the skills, confidence, and connections they need for college, careers, and life after graduation.
