State Representative Rhonda Butler spoke to the Rapides Parish Rotary Club about the 2026 legislative session and local issues affecting Southern Rapides. Butler said she enjoyed sharing an update on the 2026 legislative session and hearing what matters most to the people and communities served by the Rotary Club.

She discussed roads, water systems, rural development, agriculture and health care, as well as efforts to bring tax dollars home to meet local needs.
