Over 1000 students from each high school in the parish convened at LCU’s Granberry Conference Center Sept. 17-18 for the Rapides Parish College and Career Fair. Hometown institutions LCU and LSUA were joined by colleges and universities from throughout Louisiana and Arkansas. The event was sponsored by Beyond Graduation, an initiative of the Rapides Foundation.

The parish’s high school juniors and seniors were able to speak one on one with college representatives and learn about the opportunities offered by our state’s higher educational institutions.
