The alleged suspect from the Community Lane shooting on Monday turned himself in to RPSO deputies late last night.

Dataevious Deonte Taylor was taken into custody without incident and booked on the outstanding  warrants.   Taylor remains in jail at the time of this release as no bond has been set.
