Jaden Christopher Richey, age 25, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at home.

He was born May 30, 2001, in Alexandria, LA.

He loved his computer and video games, making coffee and bread, cooking, and dogs, especially Princess.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Hazel Scott and Francis Richey; maternal grandmother, Catherine Maxwell; step- grandfather, Benny Maxwell; cousin, Miranda Roberts; nephew, Kason Higgs; and uncle William Maxwell.

Survivors include his mother, Amy Antley Richey; father, Chris Richey; one sister, Macey Richey; three brothers, Zakari Richey, Jacob (Haley) Higgs, Jaron Higgs; maternal grandfather, Thomas (Doris) Antley; one niece, Adelyn Higgs; two nephews, Kaden Higgs, Zakari Richey, Jr.; and various aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory 1 Ridgecrest Rd Wheeling/Bethlehem.
