The Rapides Parish School Board hosted superintendents from the region and leaders from the Louisiana Department of Education, who met with State Superintendent Dr. Cade Brumley and his team to discuss issues shaping the school year for students, teachers and families.

Topics included school and instructional support, attendance, discipline, scheduling, assessment and evaluations, curriculum and pacing, school-level instructional leadership teams and receiving feedback from local superintendents.
