Honor services will be held Thursday, Aug. 13 for two veterans who have no families, according to the Alexandria VA Health Care System.

The services will be held at the Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville.

Air Force veteran David Adamo’s service will be held at 10 a.m.

Army veteran Wesley Raines’ service will be held at 11 a.m.

The Alexandria VA Health Care System is asking members of the Central Louisiana community to attend and stand in as their families.

The VA Health Care System expressed gratitude for their service to the nation.
