Pineville Junior High has welcomed Dawson Ardoin as its new eighth-grade science teacher.

Ardoin is a 2024 graduate of Louisiana Christian University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science while competing as a collegiate baseball player.

He brings two years of teaching experience to Pineville Junior High, along with several years of coaching and mentoring young athletes.

According to the school, Ardoin has a passion for working with students and an enthusiasm for science that will make him a valuable addition to the school community.

Outside of school, Ardoin enjoys spending time with family and friends. He recently met many students and families during Open House and said he is excited to begin teaching and getting to know his students.

The school invited the community to help welcome Ardoin to Pineville Junior High.
