Officers with the Alexandria Police Department visited the City of Alexandria Summer Camp last week to give campers a closer look at motorcycle operations and the department’s K-9 teams.

The visit gave campers an opportunity to ask questions, meet officers and learn more about the work the department performs in the community.

The Alexandria Police Department said it appreciated the opportunity to connect with young people and share information about its daily operations.
