The Junior League of Alexandria recently received donations and community support for its Diaper Bank initiative during a luncheon hosted by Professional Women’s Network (PWN) CenLA.

Junior League Communications Director Erica Phillips spoke to attendees about the organization’s efforts to address diaper need throughout Central Louisiana. During the event, PWN CenLA members contributed both monetary donations and diapers to support the initiative.

Junior League officials expressed appreciation for the support and noted that several Junior League members are also active participants in PWN CenLA.

The Diaper Bank initiative works to provide diapers to families in need across the region while raising awareness about the challenges many households face in obtaining an adequate supply of diapers for young children.
