Memorial services for Jerry L. Craig will be at 2-4PM, Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Magnolia Funeral Home Masonic Chapel, Alexandria, LA, under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria, LA.

Jerry L. Craig, 80, of Pineville, LA, passed away May 8, 2026, in Pineville, LA surrounded by family and friends. Jerry loved hunting and running coon dogs. He especially loved “The Champion” Poor Boy. He enjoyed cooking for his family and listening to old country music. Jerry loved to eat a good biscuit and he watched old westerns and WWE to pass the time.

He was preceded in death by his companion of 30 years, Bertie Durison, father Mitchell Craig, mother Anna Herrin Craig, five brothers Edgar, Sam, Dont’on, Cecil, James, and step-daughter Sandy Strother.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sister Nadine Craig, son Jerry Lynn Craig (Teresa), step-son Shelton Strother (Renee), Melissa Guimbellot (Jay). He had many grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, and friends.
