Rapides Regional Medical Center recently recognized Theresa Howell with its BEE Award, which honors patient care technicians who demonstrate exceptional service and embody the hospital’s ICARE values.

Hospital officials said Howell was selected for her dedication to patient care, positive attitude, and ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments while remaining calm and compassionate.

The BEE Award, which stands for “Being Exceptional Every Day,” recognizes employees who make a meaningful impact on both patients and coworkers through their commitment and work ethic.

Officials praised Howell for consistently going above and beyond in her role and thanked her for her contributions to the medical center and its patients.
