Henry D. Dubea was convicted of one count of Manslaughter on April 23. The charged arose from Dubea’s slaying of his half-brother, Henry Dorty Jr., during an unprovoked attack while Mr. Dorty was on his lunch break. Mr. Dorty was shot 14 times in this tragic and devastating act of violence.

On Thursday, Aug. 7, Judge Patricia Koch sentenced Dubea to 30 years in prison. 

The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Gerry Weeks.
