The Rapides Parish School Board has announced the appointment of Stanley Jones as Principal of Arthur F. Smith Middle Magnet School.

Mr. Jones has most recently served as Executive Assistant Principal at Peabody Magnet High School. With 30 years of dedicated service in education, all within Rapides Parish, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to student success and educational excellence throughout his career.

His extensive experience in school administration and knowledge of the district make him ideally positioned to lead Arthur F. Smith Middle Magnet into its next chapter.

When asked about his new role, Mr. Jones shared his enthusiasm for “leading, guiding and working with a new faculty, students and parents.”
