Investigators with the Pineville Police Department have obtained an arrest warrant for Zachary Gill for the following charges:
- 1 count of Simple Battery of Persons with Infirmities
- 1 count of Cruelty to Persons with Infirmities
Out of respect for the victim, PPD is not releasing additional details at this time.
PPD invites Mr. Gill to come forward and turn himself in so the court process can begin.
