Pineville man arrested for 100 counts of child sexual abuse material

A Pineville man has been arrested for a 100 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material featuring juveniles under the age of 13. According to Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Office this qualifies as a felony. 

William Hunter Coyle, 17, of Pineville, was arrested on March 20 by agents with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigations. Coyle was located in Carville at the time of his arrest. 

Coyle was booked into the Iberville Parish Jail. No bond information is available at this time.

The Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit Homeland Security Investigations and the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office conducted the joint investigation which resulted in the arrest.
