BOM’s Kristina Bagwell and Kessler Barnes participated in the Louisiana Bankers “BOLT” Banking on the Leaders of Tomorrow program. The program included sessions on learning how the Federal Reserve works, what’s on the payments horizon, the Federal Open Market Committee and monetary policy as well as about successful leadership skills.
