Following a series of closures yesterday in anticipation of Winter Fête, additional closures will occur TODAY.
As of 6am this morning, closures will expand to include Fourth Street and the additional portions of DeSoto, Murray, Johnston and Washington streets (Fourth to Fifth streets) as vendors arrive to get set up. These closures will remain in place until the festival ends Saturday evening.
At 2pm today, Second Street will become limited to emergency vehicles and approved vendors only, with a roadblock at Washington Street. This closure will remain in place until the festival ends Saturday evening.
