Chick-fil-A reopens with a brand new design. The remodel, termed reinvestment into the Central Louisiana community, now expands into the former Piccadilly lot with three lanes of drive-thru service. 

 

Customers can enter from Jackson Street, the service road on MacArthur Drive, and the MacArthur Village Shopping Center.

 

Carlos Howard of Alexandria explained the process during a special preview of the new remodel on Wednesday. “One lane is designated solely for mobile orders while the other two will have employees taking orders on IPads for speedy transactions.”

 

Howard is excited to join the leadership team at Chick-fil-A as they re-open for business. An updated dining area and playplace are also part of the remodel.  

 

Chick-fil-A is located at 1300 MacArthur Drive, Alexandria.
