Funeral services for Mrs. Vera “June” LeJune Kidd will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Interment will follow in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Goldonna, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mrs. Kidd, 73, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at The Oaks Care Center, Pineville, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewitt and Irene Snelling; five brothers, Ellis Snelling, Carl Snelling, Gary Snelling, Lynn Snelling, and James Snelling; and one sister, Iris Autrey.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include two sons, Jason Kidd (Patti) of Deville, and Michael Kidd (Kemberly) of Pineville; one stepdaughter, Sharon Kidd of Colorado; and one sister, Sherry Gwyn of Calvin.

A time of visitation will be held in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Jason Kidd, Michael Kidd, Aaron Gwyn, Tyler Kidd, Jeffery Kidd, and Justin Kidd. Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Windham, Jonathan Kidd, and Devin Christopher.
