Join the Alexandria Police Department this Halloween for its annual Trick or Treat event. Stop by the Public Safety Complex parking lot, located at 1000 Bolton Ave., on Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5:30pm – 8pm, pick up some treats and visit with officers! It’s sure to be a fun night!
