The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Rapides Parish District Attorney’s Office spoke with citizens of the Cotile Area Neighborhood Watch on July 10.
Deputies from the Patrol Division as well as Detectives from Criminal Investigation Division attended and were able to answer questions as well as listening to their concerns.
