The Alexandria City Council will hold a public hearing at 5 p.m. July 11 on the proposed rezoning of a tract on North Bolton Avenue.
The Zoning Commission recommends approving redesignating 226 North Bolton to allow for construction of single-family homes as well as expansion of North Park Village Subdivision.
The property is currently restricted to light industrial uses.
