The Rapides Parish District Attorney’s Office announced on April 11 that Charles O. Sneed III was convicted and sentenced to a total of 60 years in prison for Manslaughter and Second Degree Cruelty to a Juvenile. Assistant District Attorneys Lea Hall and Kenneth Doggett, Jr. prosecuted the case.
