The Alexandria Animal Shelter and the Rapides Animal Medical Center will co-host an adoption event on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 9 am – 1 pm at the Medical Center. Several cats and dogs will be available for adoption. 

Adoption fees are as follows:

• Male dogs: $90
• Female dogs: $95
• Male cats: $75
• Female cats: $85

Adoption fees include the first set of shots, the rabies vaccination, spaying/neutering, physical exam, and fecal exam. Each pet adoption comes with a goodie bag of treats, toys, pet food, and coupons. All pets are the adoption event are already microchipped.
