James Burch has made his annual stop at the Rapides Parish Jail.
His reasons for visiting change, and his schedule varies, but like Freddy, he’s back.
Butch, 36, of Pineville, was booked Sept. 12 on alleged possession of CDS I and II, resisting an officer and improper bicycle operation.
His transportation was different than at his last arrest.
In October 2022 he was accused of unauthorized use of a vehicle, as well as driving with suspended or revoked license, careless operation, safety belt violation and parole violation.
Prior visits:
December 2021 – probation violation, assault aggravated with firearm, illegal possession stolen firearm, criminal trespass, unauthorized entry inhabited dwelling, possession manufacture distribution dispense CDS IV, possession CDS I first 14, possession paraphernalia;
August 2020 – illegal use of weapon/dangerous instrument, possession firearm by convicted felon, aggravated cruelty to animals, flight from officer, criminal trespass 2 counts, contempt of court;
June 2019 – trespass/ remaining after forbidden, contempt of court;
March 2019 – driving with license under suspension/revocation, resisting officer, possession first 14, possession paraphernalia, contempt of court;
December 2018 – felony flight from officer, resisting officer;
July 2018 – possession CDS I < 2 grams, possession CDS II, possession paraphernalia.
